Spirited, Detail-Oriented and Unique – Qualities that come closest to describing our creative force, Sweta, are also attributes that reflect in her work. With a decade of managerial experience in the Banking Sector behind her, Sweta is no stranger to the growing demands of accuracy in performance and the sheer build-up of expectations, in the service sector. And although she is systematic and can be pedantic to the point of hysterics, she brings the much-needed creativity and just the right amount of out-of-the-box innovation to the team.
Positively in love with Canada, her work mirrors her fondness for her new habitat. Integrated well into the Canadian society from the word go, She is the Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant with Brainstorming Inc. She believes the Canadian society and its values to be very much in tune with her personal sensibilities; and that remains to be one of her strongest motivations for being a part of this project. She is of the opinion that anyone who wants to move to Canada, is in direct alignment with a positive future and therefore deserves a chance at that. And she works relentlessly to make that chance a very strong one.

On the one hand, he is the social magnet that pulled the team together and the glue that holds it strong; while on the other, his need for austere solitude from time to time, never fails to amuse us. A Management post-grad from Mumbai, he always had a strong proclivity for Marketing, Communication, Management and Relationship building. Establishing human connections and nurturing social bonds are an integral part of Saumitra’s value system. During his professional career so far, he has dabbled into many different kinds of work, from managing his own business ventures to gaining exposure with MNCs, all the while honing his core competencies.
His quest for personal growth brought him to Canada and his penchant for business gave rise to Brainstorming Inc. Having realized the importance of ICCRC accreditation in this field, while also the rampant disregard and clear dearth of the same among the so- called consultants across the major markets, he got himself certified as an RCIC. An imaginative and highly ambitious person, his approach is simple and transparent, yet focused. A stickler for adherence to goals, he comes across as fastidious at times, especially regarding attitudinal and behavioural aspects of work. This tenacity of purpose, in turn, manages to keep us on our toes and strive for excellence. Moving forward, he envisions Brainstorming Inc to be the top choice of consultants for Canadian Immigration, across the globe.
In addition to being an accomplished professional, Saumitra is a gifted athlete. He spent most of his formative years dedicating himself to the pursuit of sports and fitness. Following his natural penchant, he successfully managed to become a Certified Tennis Instructor in Canada in no time, coaching, leading and managing summer camps for tennis. He is passionate about exercising, calisthenics, yoga and meditation. He enjoys travelling and spending quality time with his family and teammates.
He is an also an aspiring activist who wants to change the world for the better by spreading the message of conscious living. He wants to be instrumental in minimizing the mindless killing of animals and the haphazard destruction of natural ecosystems. Among his philanthropic ambitions, is the idea of building a community to help alleviate the hardships of the less fortunate, across the plethora of underprivileged societies.

Trained in Commerce, he has worked in different industries for a decade and more in the United States of America in many capacities. Currently holds a Federal position in New York, USA. He is shy natured however has a very positive perspective for life. He has been one of the key members making sure this initiative makes it a success. He loves his family and friends and is instrumental in the progressive journey of Brainstorming in numerous ways.
